About Move U

Move U Pediatric Therapy is a child-centered pediatric therapy clinic in Sioux Falls offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, including specialized feeding and oral-motor support. We work with children from infancy through adolescence who may be experiencing developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, communication or feeding difficulties, motor delays, coordination and strength concerns, or challenges participating confidently at home, school, and in the community.

What makes Move U different is our non-traditional, fun, and welcoming environment. Our therapy sessions feel more like play than a traditional medical appointment, but every activity is intentionally designed by highly skilled pediatric therapists to support meaningful progress. Our team incorporates DIRFloortime principles, focusing on connection, relationships, individual interests, and meeting each child where they are to help them build skills in a way that feels motivating and joyful.

Move U is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Wellmark and also offers flexible cash-pay rates. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, HSA, and FSA payments, making pediatric therapy accessible for families with different insurance and payment needs.
