Dave was a teacher and coach for 7 years in St. Peter, MN. While in MN, he found a passion for investing in rental properties and residential real estate. He then became a licensed broker associate with ReMax and has been in real estate ever since 2001. His family moved to Sioux Falls, SD in 2006 where he continues to enjoy real estate.
