At Empower U Performance Physical Therapy, we help people stay active, move confidently, and perform at their best. What makes Empower U different is our one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We combine hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and performance-based strength programming to create a comprehensive plan built around you—not a diagnosis or one-size-fits-all protocol.
